What Will Bankruptcy Do to My Credit Score?
People young and old are concerned about how a filing will impact their credit. Will they have the ability to buy a house? Will they have the ability to buy a car? How long until they're considered a "safe" credit risk? In a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, some are surprised to find that they're flooded with offers for new credit cards once they get a discharge.
