May 23 (Reuters) - McDonald's Corp on Wednesday sold
$900 million of senior unsecured medium-term notes in two parts,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned total of $750 million.
JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs,
Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
