Tropical Storm Carlotta aims at Mexico Pacific coast
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Carlotta strengthened off Mexico's Pacific coast on Thursday and was expected to become a hurricane on Friday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
